I spent years pouring into others until my own well-being hit a breaking point. The stress, the fatigue, the constant doing - it took a toll on my health, my joy, and my sense of self. But that breakdown became the beginning of my breakthrough into holistic wellness!
Through practices like meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and shadow work - now backed by medical and scientific training in integrative wellness - I found my way back to myself. And now, I help others embark on their wellness journey.
I work with teachers, nurses, caregivers, social workers, and other service-driven professionals who are always holding space for everyone else - but rarely for themselves.
